We have many different packages and options but our typical wellness screening includes:
• a full lipid profile plus glucose – either finger stick or venipuncture
• a blood pressure reading
• a body mass index (BMI) reading
• height and weight measurements
These measurements are compiled, along with the information collected from our proprietary HRQ, to create our comprehensive Individual and Aggregate Reports. It’s either that or we transfer the data collected to your current wellness provider.
