We like to have at least 4-6 weeks notice to properly plan an event.


What type of support can I expect when marketing screenings to my employees?
For every screening, we provide marketing templates free of charge. They can be used as flyers or e-blasts.


Can you work with my current wellness provider?
Yes, eHealthScreenings can work with your current provider and will transfer all data if applicable. Fifty percent of our business comes from working with other providers.


How long does it take to receive reports?
Comprehensive individual reports take 3-5 days for online versions and 5-7 days for hard copies sent via mail. Corporate aggregate reports are usually available within 7-10 days.


How much do screenings cost?
Normally we use our network of lab or office locations for these situations.


How do you schedule our employees?
We try to utilize our online scheduler for maximum efficiency. However, we can use hard copy schedules as well.


How long does a typical screening take per individual?
Our average screening takes 10-12 minutes from start to finish. We try be as efficient as possible, while making sure that your employees have an enjoyable experience.


Can you perform more advanced blood screenings?
We have full lab processing rights and can process almost any kind of blood panel.


Should my employees fast before their screening?
It all depends on the tests performed, but for typical screenings we recommend a fast of 8-12 hours.
